Product: HP 15-r015dx Notebook

I have this HP 15-r015dx Notebook which was running with Windows 8 and Bluetooth was working. But when I upgraded to windows 10, Bluetooth adaptor is not detected by Bios and hence Installation of its driver is impossible. Any one with help please

Hi:

 

The parts list for your notebook indicates that it comes with a Realtek RTL8188EE 802.11bgn Wi-Fi adapter.

 

HP PartSurfer

 

That is not a combination Wifi/Bluetooth adapter.

 

Your notebook does not have built in Bluetooth and such an option is not even listed in the product specs.   Wi-Fi only.

There isn't anything wrong with your notebook as a result of upgrading to W10.
