My Spectre x360 13-ae0xx is not finding any bluetooth active devices, even when they are right next to my laptop - neither my phone (Samsung S10) or my Sony speaker.
When I select 'add bluetooth or other device', it searches but finds nothing. Both devices are activated to be found.
The Device manager lists these & drivers are all up-to-date:
Please let me know what fix I can try.

(a) Hold down Win key then press I (letter i)
(c) Turn ON BT, can it see your devices ?
As I said in my original post, I've done the basic checks - tried to locate the devices & reinstalled bluetooth. Nothing seems to be working - bluetooth can't locate either my phone or my speaker.
What else can I do?
