I'm using HP Pavilion G6 notebook PC AMD A6-4400U and Windows 8.1. I have tried everything to get bluetooth on it but I can not find bluetooth in device manager or anywhere. I have tried installing every driver that I found for product as well have tried to add device through "add legacy hardware" it shows some kind of code 10 error. I have tried updating my windows several times but nothing worked.
Can anyone help me about this? Bluetooth missing from device manager and shows Code 10 error if I try to install Bluetooth Device (RFCOMM Protocol TDI) from add legacy hardware.
Anyway to fix it or how to check is there any hardware installed in my laptop.

Hi:
Not all g6 notebooks came with Bluetooth.
What model wireless network adapter does your notebook have?
If you don't know, go to the device manager, click to expand the Network Adapters device manager category. and there you will find the name and model number of the wireless network adapter.
