HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13t-aw100
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a laptop HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13t-aw100 just a few months ago.

Bluetooth sometimes stops working:

- Bluetooth icon is not available in Windows Action Center (bottom right icon on the windows 10 screen)

- Bluetooth icon is also missing in Device Manager

I have tried all the troubleshooting available both from HP and Microsoft but cannot get Bluetooth to work again. The only solution so far is to reboot the computer, and then sometimes the Bluetooth icon is back and I can get it to work with Bluetooth headphones.

This is a really bad bug as it means almost every time I need to use Bluetooth I need to reboot the computer at least once.

Could you please help?
