Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I am using HP 240 G6 laptop and using windows 10 (64 Bit) Operating system. Bluetooth not working at all in my hp laptop i also install bluetooth driver and update bluetooth driver but not working. My laptop bluetooth Hardware ids is USB\VID_0BDA&PID_B008&REV_0200 . i can not find this for windows 10 (64 Bit) operating system. Please help me anyone how can i solve this problem ?

Hi:

 

According to the hardware ID you posted, that is a Realtek bluetooth device, so you would need this driver for it.

 

This package contains the driver installation package for the Realtek bluetooth in the supported notebook/laptop models and operating systems.
