My laptop had Bluetooth and I used it before but now I am not able to connect any Bluetooth devices with my laptop. I tried downloading the latest drivers but did not work. Then I troubleshoot the Bluetooth and it shows "device does not have Bluetooth". Please help me😣

Hi:
The parts list for your notebook indicates that it comes with a Ralink RT3290LE 802.11bgn 1x1 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 combination WLAN adapter.

That is a common problem with that model wifi/bluetooth adapter, and the newer builds of W10, and the only fix is to upgrade the wifi card or buy an external USB bluetooth adapter.
I'm very surprised the wifi hasn't disappeared yet.
If you want to upgrade the wifi card, you can replace it with this model...
Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 802.11 ac 2x2 WiFi + BT 4.0 HP Part # 710661-001
You should be able to find the card on Amazon or eBay.
Search by the HP part number, not the model of the wifi card.
Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the wifi card removal and replacement procedure.

Thank you for your reply.
Well, my inbuilt wifi is weak. So I am using a wi-fi adapter for that purpose.
As you said the newer build of windows 10 could be the problem also, correct me if I am wrong.
If I install windows 8/7 is there any chance to resolve this problem without upgrading, as presently the conditions are not suitable to go for an upgrade due to lockdown.
