Hi:

Not all 245 G5's came with bluetooth.

What model wifi card does your notebook have?

If it has a Realtek RTL8188EE wifi card, then it doesn't have bluetooth.

Here are your options...

Easy:  Buy a USB bluetooth adapter.  I use this one for example.

https://www.kinivo.com/products/kinivo-btd-400-bluetooth-4-0-usb-adapter-for-windows-10-8-7-vista

Moderately difficult, to difficult...replace/upgrade the internal RTL8188EE card with this one...

Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11 ac 1x1 WiFi + Bluetooth 4.2 Combo Adapter (MU-MIMO supported) HP part # L17365-005.

The only place I have been able to find this model is on eBay.

https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_nkw=L17365-005&_sacat=0&_sop=15

The card has the same throughput as the RTL8188EE on the 2.4 GHz wifi band, but on the 5.0 GHz wifi band with an AC router, it has a maximum throughput of 433 MBPS.

Below is the link to the service manual...
