Product: HP Pavilion - 15-au620tx
Cannot switch on Bluetooth even after restarting my HP Pavillion 15 au620tx. Toggle switch for Bluetooth on/off is missing. Paired devices cannot be connected. When trying to pair new devices, it shows "Couldn't Connect". Please advice if some driver needs to be installed.

Hello ashishsinghSIN, go to Device Manager and uninstall the Bluetooth driver, then restart the laptop, then install the Bluetooth driver. I leave you the download link for the driver.
