Product: HP Pavilion 15-n208tx Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR)

Problem Description: Bluetooth stopped working suddenly. The option of ''Bluetooth transfer'' and "add a device" is also missing from "Settings>Bluetooth>add devices". In "device manager", the Bluetooth device is hidden. Also, there is an error sign showing in the "Ralink Bluetooth PCIe Adapter". The details can be seen in the photos attached.2.JPG1.JPG
