Bluetooth problem on Zbook

Hello,

I couldn't find bluetooth on my laptop.

Is it possible it is not in this modell?

How could I check?

In the communicator manager only the Wifi and the Lan are showed.

Hi:

Not all HP notebooks come with bluetooth.

Bluetooth is part of selected wireless cards.

Some wireless cards come with bluetooth, some do not.

What model wireless network card does your notebook have?

If you do not know, go to the device manager, click to expand the Network Adapters device category and you will see the name and model number of the wireless card listed there.

I have checked the place you suggested:

-Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-N 7260

-Intel(R) Ethernet Connection I218-LM

-Microsoft Virtual Wifi Miniport Adapter #2

-Microsoft Virtual Wifi Miniport -adapter.

So there is no bluethooth... 😞

I was afraid this will be your answer. I have spent too much time to find it, so I should have found it exists somewhere.

Unfortunately this modell (FOVO1EA) are showed almost everywhere (In Hungarian shops, webpages) like it have bluetooth.

Or with this label (FOVO1EA) could be in different equipments?

You're very welcome.

The Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-N 7260 is a combination wireless/bluetooth card.

Maybe you just need to install the bluetooth driver for the card...

Hello,

Just an info for everybody.

Unfortunately there is no bluetooth in my computer.

I got this info from HP support chat.

This card is exist with and without Bluetooth.

This is unfortunately without.

On HPshop my configuration is showed: Intel kétsávos vezeték nélküli hálózat 7260NB 802_11a/b/g/n (2x2) WiFi.

Although in my computer showes :-Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-N 7260

So we can say, the problem solved... 🙂
