I already installed the bluetooth driver but it cant be seen on device manager and my bluetooth setting disappeared.i tried to uninstall it and reinstall it back but still the same and because of that i cant use my wifi.help i ve been trying so many solutions but still cant fix it

Your machine has Ralink RT3290LE 802.11b/g/n 1x1 WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 combination adapter part # 690020-001.     . Please try a CLEAN install (uninstall old driver first) of the following  Mediatek (Ralink) Bluetooth Software Driver for Windows 8.1 (64 bit):

 

   https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp65001-65500/sp65235.exe
