The bluetooth connection is unstable causing constant issues with connected devices including BT mouse, speakers and headphones.
I had a numerous calls with HP support and they could only give the generic answers which never solved the issues. Updating drivers, reinstalling the BT in dev. manager, windows update and similar useless requests.
The issue is affecting my work with Zoom and Teams meetings constantly interrupted by failing connection,

It's the Realtek adapter and the issue has been reported on various forums, but HP doesn't do anything to resolve it.
I am tired of cues on the phone, getting the same useless answers once I get someone from HP support on the line.

Hi Kimi747,

Looks like many people have this issue, but HP only sends out canned generic answers. I created this account to reply what helped for me and maybe it works for you, too.

For my HP laptop it only happens when the power cord is not plugged in. As if it's trying to save power by shutting down your bluetooth. I can usually go into the control panel on the bottom right, disable and re-enable bluetooth to fix the connection for my mouse and headphones for a while. But it will come back at some point unless I have the device plugged it.

Cheers.
