Bluetooth showing no device found when I try to search the nearby Bluetooth devices. I tried to reinstall the driver but still same issue. Also unable to find my laptop bluetooth device from my mobile.

Hi:

 

Your notebook is not supported by HP for W10 or W11.

 

The parts list for your notebook indicates that it comes with an Atheros 9485GN 802.11b/g/n 1x1 Wi-Fi and 3012 Bluetooth 4.0 combination adapter.

 

HP PartSurfer

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if this W10 Atheros Bluetooth driver works for your notebook.

 

It was the only one that HP released for that model Wi-Fi adapter.
