Those are the right drivers I gave you, and the fact that your screenshot shows the Intel Bluetooth adapter installed correctly proves that.
Did you make your PC discoverable in Windows so it will connect to a Bluetooth device?
It's not automatic.

Unfortunately, that is all the help I can offer because I am out of ideas.

Yes, it is set on making the computer discoverable.
Right after I read your last post the system decided to detect the new driver you gave me at last and restarted. So thanks for that, that's progress!
Now I was able to connect an external keyboard via Bluetooth, but the Bluetooth speaker still fails to install correctly.
The properties of the device say 'no auxiliary driver is installed for this device'.
The Bluetooth Audio Controller has a yellow triangle.
In the properties, it says "Windows is not able to load necessary drivers.
The device is not working correctly (Code 31)"

I did some research and I found out that what I am missing now is the Bluetooth A2DP sink driver, to allow audio devices to connect via Bluetooth correctly. I am still looking for the right driver for Windows 7 - 64bit. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi:
This is the only info I could find on the subject...
No AD2P (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) Bluetooth Audio Fix | Dell US
Windows 10 seems to have this support built in, so you may want to consider upgrading from W7 to W10 for free.
Bluetooth® Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP) Profile... (intel.com)
The only W10 driver that you need to install is this one for the audio.
For some reason, it sets the headphones as the default output, so you would have to change the setting back to the PC speakers in the windows control panel.
