Bluetooth unable to find devices

Hi, 

I have the correct drivers installed from the support page and still am unable to find devices from the "Add a device" option under Bluettoth. Thus i am unable to connect my headphones to the laptop.

Hi:

You have to install the Realtek Bluetooth driver for the bluetooth to work.

The generic bluetooth driver that Windows installs isn't enough.

I had already installed this driver previousy and did install it again but to no avail.I am attaching some screen shots of the services and of my "bluetooth settings".

You're very welcome.

Unfortunately, I can't help you with why the bluetooth isn't working.  Looking at your screenshot, everything looks correct.

See if this driver works for both of the remaining devices that need drivers...
