Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My bluetooth headset (one+ bullets wireless z) sound starts distorting as soon as i connect my wifi to a connection, it works perfectly before that. I have windows 11 stable installed. I recently installed windows clean and tried everything like netwoek reset, band frequency change, driver update, driver reinstallation.

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to update the W10 Bluetooth driver to the latest version...

1.8.1037.3000

Fix and enhancements:

- Fixes an issue where the audio from a Bluetooth headset lags while online video is played.
- Fixes an issue where a Bluetooth mouse connected to the system disconnects when Wi-Fi is connected.
- Fixes an issue where the audio from the Bluetooth headset does not function properly while pairing with a Miracast adapter.
- Fixes an issue where the Idle Test fails on a Realtek Bluetooth 5 Adapter device.
- Fixes an issue where the Realtek Bluetooth cannot enter the USB selective suspend state while in idle.
- Fixes an issue that occurs the first time the system is powered on which causes a blue screen event after the Windows Out of Box Experience (OOBE).

If that doesn't work, you will just have to wait until HP releases W11 Realtek Bluetooth drivers.

You're very welcome.

I guess you will have to wait until the W11 Bluetooth drivers are released.

Hopefully, it will be soon.
