I am not able to see Bluetooth in my laptop, I tried installing the drivers but it didn't help. What can we do now to fix this??

Hi:

You would have to replace the Ralink RT3290LE 802.11bgn 1x1 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 combination WLAN adapter your notebook came with, as the Bluetooth disappears on the newer builds of W10.

You can upgrade the Ralink wifi card to this model...

Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 802.11 ac 2x2 WiFi + BT 4.0     HP Part # 710661-001

The card can be found on eBay.  Do your search by the HP part number, not the model of the wifi adapter.

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook, where you can find the wifi adapter removal and replacement procedure.

Otherwise, you can purchase an external USB Bluetooth adapter.
