hi there i hope someone can help

 

i have a pair of beats and a HP Notebook 15 Product No: J5B55EA#ABU laptop. i have also purchase a bluetooth dongle and am trying to connect my beats through the dongle to use with my laptop.

 

any help? when i try to connect them it just says can't connect.
