Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I have a HP 15 Notebook Energy Star, but I see it doesn't have Bluetooth. So, will it never support Bluetooth or should I do something else? I have Bluetooth earphones and would like to connect them. Here's my serial Number: [Personal Information Removed]

If you click on the image, you will be able to see the product number which decodes to this model...

Since that notebook only has one antenna wire connected to the Realtek RTL8188EE wifi card there are only two options...

 

Easy:  Install a USB Bluetooth adapter.

 

Moderately difficult:  Replace the internal RTL8188EE wifi card with this model that has bluetooth, where both the wifi and Bluetooth can work off a single antenna wire...

 

Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11bgn 1×1 + BT 4 LE Combo Adapter   HP part # 753077-001

 

Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the wifi card removal and replacement procedure.

Then having Bluetooth is not going to be happening for you.

 

Your notebook is missing the required Bluetooth hardware it needs for the Bluetooth to work,

 

You gotta pay to play.
