Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-e2000 (2J4W0AV)

I have paired my Samsung S21 5g with my laptop. It shows as paired on both laptop and phone. I am able to send items by Bluetooth from my laptop to my phone but when I try it from my phone to my laptop as I click the laptop name on my phone, I get a could not connect message,

The laptop is brand new and UpToDate. I have unpaired the phone and closed down both phone and laptop and restarted and tried to pair again with the same results. Laptop to phone ok but phone to laptop is the same result.......could not connect. I tried the procedure with my other mobile an LG 5 and all was working as it should,
