I am experiencing issues with the Bluetooth functionality on my HP Pavilion laptop, and I'm unsure whether it's a problem with how the HP Pavilion is designed or if I'm not configuring the settings correctly. When I use Bluetooth to connect to headsets and transmit audio from my phone to the PC, it works perfectly. However, I've tried multiple times to transfer images and audio files from my phone to the PC, and it simply doesn't work. I'm confused as to why this is happening, and I'm curious to know if others are encountering the same problem or if it's a characteristic of how the PC is designed.
