What model Wi-Fi adapter does it come with?

 

Bluetooth is a function of the Wi-Fi adapter if that adapter is a combination Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapter.

 

The fact that you can't connect the Bluetooth keyboard to your notebook indicates to me that your notebook's Wi-Fi adapter does not support Bluetooth functionality, but if you let me know the model Wi-Fi adapter your notebook has and the full model number or product number of your notebook, I will confirm that for you.
