You're very welcome.
For the Base System Device, you need this driver:
JMicron Media Card Reader Driver
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp60501-61000/sp60769.exe
For the Unknown Device, you probably need this driver:
HP 3D DriveGuard Software
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp64001-64500/sp64144.exe
The problem with the Ralink Bluetooth is that it is not supported in W10 and the usual symptom of that is no Bluetooth device manager category shows up in the device manager and there is no Bluetooth device needing a driver.
This video may have fixed the problem if there was a Ralink Bluetooth device in need of a driver as shown in the video, but your notebook doesn't have that device showing up.
How to fix Ralink Rt3290 hp bluetooth in 2min on windows 8 or windows 10
There could be one thing you can try to get the Ralink Bluetooth to show up in the device manager and that is if your notebook had the HP connection manager or HP wireless assistant software installed in W7 and the Bluetooth was turned off with that software during the upgrade to W10, the Bluetooth will remain off because neither program works in W10.
To see if that is the problem do this:
Make an Ubuntu USB installer.
Link to download:
Get Ubuntu | Download | Ubuntu
Here is a tutorial for how to make the Ubuntu installer with Rufus:
Create a bootable USB stick with Rufus on Windows | Ubuntu
After you made the bootable Ubuntu installer, restart the PC, boot from the Ubuntu installer and select the option to 'Try Ubuntu without installing.'
See if you can turn on the Bluetooth in Ubuntu.
If you can, turn it on, exit Ubuntu, remove the flash drive, restart the PC and now the Ralink BT device should show up as it did in the video I posted, and you can try the fix in the video.
If that doesn't work, your only option would be to replace the Wi-Fi adapter with a different model or use a USB BT adapter.
This is the only other Wi-Fi card you can install that would be similar to what you have now.
You must buy a card that has the HP part number on the label, or it will not work, because your notebook has a BIOS whitelist that prevents any card not listed in the service manual from working.

Hi, @Bobby212
The parts list indicates that your notebook comes with a combination Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapter, but it does not specify what model.
https://partsurfer.hp.com/?searchtext=CNU2201SJ6
Go to the device manager and click to expand the Network adapters device manager category.
Post the name and model number of the wireless network adapter that you see there.
Are there any devices showing up in the device manager that need drivers?
You won't get a reply back from me for 8 hours or so, because it is 23:07 where I live and I'm calling it a day.
