According to the 830 G6 specifications it can come with combo Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Usually the BIOS has the option to
[edit] the x360 specification is different than the 830 G3. I missed the x360 when looking up your system
enable or disable Bluethooth. Check your bios to see if that device is mentioned. IF it is listed and enabled then the driver is missing or wrong.
Bring up device manager and look for any warnings and find the BlueTooth device eg:
Also should show up like here:
If a problem of missing install drivers from here

[edit] You have the x360 version and drivers are different or at least the bios is as I checked for differences

For win11 21h1 there is also a bios release just out January 27, 2022. You might want to upgrade

I edited my previous post (please re-read) as you have the x360 version of the 830 G6.
Both specs (x360 and plain 830 G6) list Bluetooth as included with WiFi
However, it is possible that custom build did not include the combo board. Does your bios list Bluetooth device? Please check.
I looked at both download driver pages and neither of them listed the Broadcom network device. That is suspicious. You MAY have have a Wi-Fi card that does not have BlueTooth.
Please verify you installed the correct bios from here
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-elitebook-x360-830-g6-notebook-pc/26625607
Since you did not list your product ID then it is possible if a custom build (??) that the page is still wrong.
At the above link, please click "chose a different series" and put in your product ID, not just "x360 830 G6" like I did. When the page is displayed, select win11 and the latest version you upgraded to. Verify that you downloaded the correct bios.
Please bring up the device manager and delete the driver with the yellow ! and select the option to remove the driver for that device. Then click "scan for new hardware" and see if that halps.
