I sent my laptop to HP for repairs like not even 2 months ago. They fixed the bios issue and the wifi issue. Now? The wifi is broken yet again.
Can somebody tell me for the love of god what kind of smelling turd of hardware they are using at HP? I never saw that in my entire life.

Now, for the actual question. Instead of sending it in again for repair and have the same piece of crap installed on my laptop. Could I swap it myself for a more robust part? The wifi card currently in is a Mediatek MT7921.

I fixed the issue myself.
Thanks for the reply but by the time the reply came in I already fixed it. I can confirm it was the wifi chip going bad again. (No, it wasn't a driver issue.)
Swapped it for an Intel AX210. Speed is back to normal.
If that one burns out again. I'm just going to buy a new laptop that is not from HP. I also work with this laptop. It needs to be reliable. I can't afford to send it back every 3 months because it is made of cardboard or something.
