Microsoft Windows 11

I have a laptop (model 14-dq4003ca) that seems to have Wifi issues. After a while it'll disconnect from Wifi and even though networks are visible, it won't connect until I reset the laptop. I've used the HP support assistant to do tests on the Wireless adapters, but running the tests causes the same issue to occur and the Wifi won't work.

I've updated the drivers and hard reset the laptop many times, and I know it's the Wifi adapter because while plugged in to ethernet, the issue does not occur. This is a work laptop and a team lead has told me we should just get this returned and refunded (purchased from Costco), but I'd need to speak to some type of technical support to get our issue rectified, however not too sure where to look for that as the support link for the Canadian HP site seems to be broken. (https://www.hp.com/ca-en/contact-hp/support.html)

If anyone could give me some pointers on getting the issue fixed or the process to getting it refunded, that'd be greatly appreciated!
