Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I let my daughter use my laptop to play Roblox one day and the day after I go to get on my laptop and my data speeds on WIFI are agonizingly slow. I tried connecting via an ethernet cable and the results were the same. I have Cox's Gigablast service and all my other devices have great connections accept my laptop. I've run every troubleshooter I can find but they've all come back without finding anything wrong. Can someone PLEASE HELP ME OUT??????
