HP Recommended

Hello, I have a chromebook and i'm in the military. I'm not sure if i put this question under the right category, but basically i need help getting a smart card reader to work. I've tried incognito mode, which worked once but has now decided not to work again. This is very frustrating, as I have a lot of emails in my military account, which I can't access if the card reader wont ever work. Does anyone know how to fix this?
