wireless devices are connection to the sysyem but audio is coming from the system speakers but not from connected audio device.

Thank you for being a part of the Hp community. A good day to you. I have reviewed the case and would love to assist you. Great presentation and excellent description of the issue. Kudos to you for that. I find that you are visiting us for the first time.

  • Was the wireless audio speaker working before on the computer?
  • is it an HP wireless audio device that is connected to the computer?
  • Have you checked the wireless audio speaker possibly a Bluetooth speaker on a different computer like your smartphone or another computer?
  • Do you get any error messages?
  • How many Bluetooth speakers are connected to the computer?
  • DId it stop working after a software or Windows update?

Furnish these details for me to assist you correctly.
