I am trying to set my mtu size above 1500 but no matter what i do it doesn't change above that, Please is they any method to do that
I want to set it to 9000 mtu size.

First, a couple of quick questions to better understand your situation:
Have you checked if your network adapter on the Victus 15-fa0000 supports jumbo frames (9000 MTU)?
Are you using a wired (Ethernet) or wireless connection when trying to set this?
Also, have you checked if your router and ISP allow MTU sizes above 1500? Sometimes they restrict it at their end.
