Microsoft Windows 8 (32-bit)
My wifi was working but now it doesn’t, I connected the laptop to my personal hotspot and when I did, t automatically started updating, I forgot it was and shut it down in the process, when I turned it on my laptop was stuck in a loop with a message saying something like windows completing updates don’t turn off, than I decided to restore it by pressing f9 and it worked it got me out of the loop, but when I went to connect to my hotspot, it wasn’t showing any wireless connections only cable, PLEASE HELP
I’ve tried recovering it and it installs but nothing changes when I restart
I’ve tried downloading a driver from HP didn’t work

Most likely the wifi card needs replaced. It has a whitelist so you will have to get one of the same wireless card with HP Part Number. Post back if you need a Manual and/or a link to purchase. Should be very inexpensive and easy to replace.

Look at it again I gave you a different adapter to buy...could not find you a Windows 8 32 bit driver for the bluetooth on the other one.
