KEYBOARD K2500
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Morning, since someday I get a problem with connection between the keyboard and hit dongle which is original. Sometimes it works and after few second it stops. I tried with different USB and the problem is the same and also, I tried in a different pc and it works perfectly. I have a paddle number as the same and it works. Of course, I removed the paddle to be sure the keyboard didn't have problem.

I hope you can give me a solution.

Best regards

Looks like you have to check your PC, not the keyboard because it works on other machine. Also, please change battery on keyboard to see any helps.

Regards.
