Can I get my notebook to support dual band wireless card by adding another anttena and card?

Your machine was built around 2013, due to the whitelist in BIOS, the chance to upgrade to dual band wifi adapter is very slim to none. Manual did not help.

 

Option: please try the following adapter.  I'm using it for testing and it is a perfect option for my 11 years old notebook/laptop. You can buy other brand/model

 

            https://www.scorptec.com.au/product/Networking/Adapters/67965-USB-AC53-NANO

 

I bought it early 2020 and it was cheaper.

 

You can run BOTH adapters at the same time and machine is smart enough to use the faster adapter
