Can I upgrade to the Intel Wireless AC-9260 (or AX200) from the AC-3168?

Hi,

Looking to upgrade my Intel AC-3168. My service manual says I can upgrade to an AC-7265 but I want to see if I can upgrade to a 9260 or an AX200.

If a 9260/AX200 isn't possible, can I use a 8265?

The 9260 should be a problem, but you need to get the non vPro edition.

Would this work too? If so, I'd rather buy this so I can make use of it beyond my laptop life.

Yes, you can try the AX200 which, should also work. 

But again, you will need to get the non-vPro model.

Thank you very much. Yes I have ordered the AX200 non vpro. I'll update this thread to confirm it worked once it's arrived and I've installed it in.
