That hp printer (photosmart c5280 all-in-one) use to print via a belkin hub but I now have a new laptop (windows10) and all the info I had is gone, may be there is a gissmo that can be pug in ?

Elsewhere I found documentation on a firmware update

You may have to do this with a PC running an older version of Windows and then install the Windows 10 drivers, found here:

If that seems to be too far of a reach, perhaps find a newer device that does the same thing, as that was orignally intended for WinXP

It is not entirely clear as to what you are asking. In looking at the support pages, that printer is not capable of wireless on its own. Is the Belkin hub that you refer to being used for that function? If that is the case, then you need to be looking for Windows 10 drivers for that device.
If you posted the model number for the Belkin hub device, perhaps I can assist you with that task.
