It may be a simple question -- but it's not a simple answer.
If your laptop has bluetooth built in then they should pair without issues. But I have found BT pairing to be far more difficult than is should be. I had to go through two different mice, each being BT, until I could get one of them to pair.
Each device is its own challenge -- so you need to contact the vendor of the hearing aid to find out what they recommend.
