Hi:

Not all HP 635 notebooks came with Bluetooth.

What model Wi-Fi adapter does your notebook come with?

On some of those older model Wi-Fi adapters the Bluetooth won't work on W10.

I'll have to see if there is a W10 Bluetooth driver for the model Wi-Fi adapter your notebook has.

My HP was using windows 7 initially and the Bluetooth worker perfectly but now after installing windows 10 it seems not to be showing the Bluetooth option

So, what you did was when you upgraded to W10 the Bluetooth was turned off via the HP Wireless Assistant or HP Connection manager, and neither program is supported in W10.

If you just upgraded within the last 10 days, select the option to go back to W7, turn on the Bluetooth and then uninstall the HP connection manager and upgrade back to W10.

If it is beyond 10 days, or you clean installed W10 and can't go back to W7, here is a little trick you can do to turn the BT back on without having to reinstall W7:

Make a bootable Ubuntu USB installer:

Get Ubuntu | Download | Ubuntu

Tutorial to make a bootable Ubuntu USB installer:

Create a bootable USB stick with Rufus on Windows | Ubuntu

Boot from the Ubuntu installer.

Select the option to 'Try Ubuntu without installing.'

Turn on the Bluetooth radio in Ubuntu.

Exit out of the program, shut down the PC, remove the USB installer, restart the PC and when you are back into Windows the Bluetooth should once again be present in the Device manager.

Then you will need to install the applicable W10 Bluetooth driver if one exists for the model Wi-Fi adapter your notebook has.
