Can I replace wifi m2 adapter with the m2 9260NGW? Does this laptop have a whitelist? If there is a whitelist, can I get a list of compatible adapters?

Your notebook only has one antenna wire and a 9260 AC would require two antenna wires.

Since your notebook has an AMD processor, anything other than what is listed in chapter 3 of the service manual would be a gamble.  The Intel 3168 and 7265 also require two antenna wires in order to work properly.

I have a HP notebook with an AMD Ryzen 5 4500U processor and HP installed an Intel AX200.

If you want to experiment, I believe the Intel AX200 may have a better chance of working than the 9260, but the AX200 also needs two antenna wires to work properly.

Thank you for the information. I ordered a second internal laptop antenna. In the guide, there is only 8GB RAM modules but I installed 2 modules 8GB+16GB.

Your notebook should probably be able to support 2 x 16 GB of memory since it has an AMD Ryzen processor.
