It says that the printer can’t connect to the wireless router

 Mac addresses filtering may be enabled- I don’t know what that means

 on the printer it says

Are you using the router issued by your ISP?

What is the encryption used?

 

Meanwhile, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.
