When i open my Network & Sharing option
i recieve a long bar with dashes in the middle concluded by another long bar

When i click troubleshoot to find availiable networks
i m unable to do so i am just rerouted to the Network & Sharing screen
It also gives me an error messege stting
"You have no preferred wireless networks "
I've tried every trouble shooting option i could think of
Including but not limited to
Performing a system restart and taking it to a PC reair shop
Even the PC repairman came to the same conclusion as i
i just bought this laptop 1 or 2 months ago and
This problem hit me within the 2nd week of ownership
i've given up onn trying to fix it
What do i need to do in order to return it under ym 1 year waranty?
