Hi, I have bought the Pavilion x360 convertible 14m-cd0xxx a few days ago in the USA, where I connect to some WIFI networks without a problem.

Now, I am in Argentina and tried to connect it to my WIFI and it doesn't work.  So I thought that it may be a problem from the Internet Provider but the other devices from my home are connected, so that isn't the issue.  Also, I tried to share WIFI with my mobile and the laptop was able to connect, so it isn't the laptop.

Please let me know how can I solve it.

Hi

Hope this helps....

Copy, Paste and Save in Notepad, as LBB2Z.bat and double click to run.
Post anything non-personal, but relevant please.

netsh wlan show interfaces
netsh wlan show drivers

PAUSE
netsh wlan show interfaces
pause
ifconfig
pause

 Will show if there is a suitable system.

 

Also double check your Gateway settings etc.

192.168.x.X
