I just ran into this problem on one of our three home computers. I read all of the comments on the internet regarding this problem. None of the answers seemed to apply and most responses were that none of them worked. Finally, I looked at the network set up on my other two computers and I noted a difference in the one that stopped connecting to the network. The network setting read 'unknown network' and was set to public. I started investigating the problem and noticed that the problem computer was not set to a group, so I used the windows 10 homegroup setup and at some point is flashed a dialogue box up saying that this group required a private network setting. It gave me a button saying 'make network private. I clicked on it and wah la, it changed my network to private. I rebotted my computer and connected immediately connected to the internet. I am not sure if there is another work around to change your network setting from public to private such as deleting you network setting and creating a new one from scratch, but this worked for me.
