Hi everyone,

 

Please, I really need your help. I had my laptop downgraded from Windows 8 to Windows 7 (64-bit). Now after the installation of the new OS, I can no longer connect to wifi. The following are my laptop and problem details.

 

PRODUCT NAME: HP 15 Notebook PC (HP 15-d002se)

SERIAL NUMBER: 5CB35223P1

PRODUCT NUMBER: F9F78EA#ABV

 

HARDWARE ID:

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0166&SUBSYS_21BC103C&REV_09

These drivers are not working:

 

-3d Video Controller

-Network Controller

-PCI device

-SM Bus Controller

-Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller
