HP Comfort Grip Wireless Mouse
macOS 10.14 Mojave

Hi,

I have an, HP Comfort Grip Wireless Mouse. I have used it with the dongle before, but I lost it. I tried to connect it with bluetooth, but I can't find it in the list of bluetooth devices.

I have tried both with PC and Mac, and the batteries are fresh from the box.

I have tried to turn both the PC and the Mac off and on again, but still can't find it.

What do I do?

P.S. I am new to HP Community, so if this is the wrong board, please tell me.

Hi Grindelwald ,

Wireless and bluetooth are two diferent things.

If you want to inform you better ,

You can not connect wireless mouse as a bletooth device , so basicly you need to purchase another mouse.

Wish you all the best ,

Hi,

Thank for the quick reply!

Why does it have a blue connect button on the bottom then?

Hi Grindelwald ,

So you can pair any other bluetooth device ( mobile phone , speakers , etc , even BLUETOOTH mouse , such as :

http://www8.hp.com/it/it/products/oas/product-detail.html?oid=5382501

which is bletooth , not a wireless mouse. Do not have a dongle , and you pair it with your PC.

Right click on bluetooth icon bottom , choose "add device" and it must reveal bluetth device , such as mouse.

Wish you all the best ,

Dindin
