Product: HP Notebook - 15-ay110na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can't find drivers for this laptop. When I look for them by typing the serial number and product number it gives me an error. If I try HP detect it for me it just stays on "HP is compiling your results. This could take up to 3 minutes, depending on your computer and connection speed. Thank you for your patience." and keeps searching.

HP 15-ay100 Notebook PC Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Customer Support

 

Where you see multiple drivers with the same name, use the ones labeled Kaby Lake.

 

That is the model processor your notebook has.
