Download and double click on the HP It4112 Gobi 4G driver to install it.
Once that is done you will need to open Network and Internet in Windows 10 settings. Click on Mobile, then cellular and then click on connect.
Watch the following video. It is about use of a mobile data dongle by the setup is the same for your SIM card in a notebook. You can also go to any computer shop or your mobile provider to have the setup shown to you.
