HP ENVY 17" Laptop owner.

 

On my order email I see a line that says:

Realtek Wi-Fi 6 (2x2) and Bluetooth® 5.2 combo

 

Yet, I cannot find the wifi or bluetooth adapter in device manager or network neighborhood.

 

I run bluetooth troubleshooter and it says there is no bluetooth in the machine.

 

Did I get screwed by HP?

 

Is there a physical switch or keyboard F key press I need to do?
