ProBook 6570b
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I'm having trouble with getting the WiFi to work on my HP ProBook 6570b. I recently installed Windows 7 Pro (x64) onto it. I tried installing the correct drivers, but I still can't connect to the internet wirelessly. If you know the correct driver for the WiFi, please let me know ASAP. Thanks!

Hi:

That model series did not come with the Intel 3160 AC wifi card, which is why none of the drivers on the support page worked.

You need this wifi driver for that ID...

Hi:

If the wifi adapter is missing a driver, there will be a device listed in the device manager labeled as a Network Controller.

If the driver is installed the model of the wifi adapter will be listed under the Network Adapters device manager category.

Please let me know if you see either such thing.

If you do see a Network controller device listed in the device manager, please post the hardware ID for it so I can give you the right driver you need for it.

Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device.

So it says the driver is not installed.

I went to hardware ID and this is what it is.
