Product: HP Gaming Pavilion - 15-cx0056wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It won't install the bluetooth drivers. I went to connect my headphones when I noticed that the on/off toggle wasn't there. This had happened before, so I went to update the driver, which also didn't work. So I then uninstalled the driver and downloaded the most current ones, however it won't install them. It just opens and closes the command window. There was nothing wrong with the bluetooth last week.

OK, I did this. Is there anything else I need to do? After installing it, the same problem persists.
