Can't turn on my bluetooh

I can not find a way to turn on bluetooth. I have check and i don't ha e a bluetooth driver for some reason. Some help would be appreciated

1) What's the exact model name of the computer? Refer to this link for steps to find the product details. (Ensure not to share the serial number, email, phone number, etc.)

2) When was the last time it worked? 

3) Any hardware or software changes made?

1) my model is HP 15 Notebook PC 

2) this is the first time i have tried to use it

3)i havent not change any software or hardware on the PC

Thanks for replying. Not all the HP 15 Notebooks support the Bluetooth feature. If you could help us with the product# of the computer I can look into it.

Thanks for replying. 

I'm afraid your HP Notebook - 15-f222wm (Touch) does not have the Bluetooth feature. Here's the link for product specifications page. 

You can use a USB Bluetooth adapter, also known as a Bluetooth dongle, to add Bluetooth to your computer.
